Cinnabar Winery

It all began in 1983 high up in the beautiful Santa Cruz Mountains where Cinnabar Winery and Vineyards started producing elegant and distinctive wines. Owner Ron Mosley along with Winemaker George Troquato work together to bring fourth specific components in the wines that are a direct reflection of Mother Nature and each unique Vineyard site. Like gems from the earth, the grapes from the vines are waiting to be revealed from the Vineyard that created them.
